By accessing or using TopDeck.hk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, or have parental/guardian consent if you are under 18.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We ARE:

• A FREE peer-to-peer listing platform
• A place to connect buyers and sellers of trading cards
• A community for Hong Kong TCG enthusiasts

We are NOT:

• A marketplace, retailer, or trading card store
• A payment processor or escrow service
• A shipping or delivery service
• A guarantor of any transactions
• Affiliated with Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro

Important: We do NOT facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions. We simply connect buyers and sellers. All trades happen directly between users at their own risk.

By using TopDeck.hk, you agree to:

• Be solely responsible for your trades and interactions
• Verify cards and users before completing any trade
• Meet in safe, public locations only
• NOT list counterfeit, fake, or proxy cards as authentic
• Accurately describe card conditions in your listings
• NOT harass, scam, or defraud other users
• NOT use the platform for any illegal activities
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Accuracy of listings, descriptions, or prices
• Authenticity of any cards listed
• Identity or trustworthiness of users
• Completion of any trades
• Quality or condition of cards
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

USE THIS PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopDeck.hk and its operators are NOT liable for:

• Any losses from trades (including scams, fake cards, or no-shows)
• Disputes between users
• Personal injury during meetups
• Loss of data or account access
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum Liability: Our maximum aggregate liability to you is HK$0 (zero dollars). This is a free service with no financial transactions processed by us.

You retain ownership of content you post (listings, photos, descriptions).

By posting content, you grant TopDeck.hk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any listings or users.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for:

• Violating these Terms of Service
• Reported scam or fraudulent activity
• Listing counterfeit or fake cards
• Harassment, threats, or abuse toward other users
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate feedback
• Any other conduct we deem harmful to the community

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Disputes between users are solely between those users. We are not a party to any transaction and have no obligation to resolve disputes.

We may, at our discretion, help mediate disputes or provide information, but we are not obligated to do so.

Legal disputes with TopDeck.hk: Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TopDeck.hk and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your trades or interactions with other users
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the platform
